On Saturday, August 9, 2025, Steel Valley Woofstock 8 will rock the valley once again. A fun-filled evening of Peace, Paws, Love, and Music will be at W.D. Packard Music Hall in Warren, Ohio. This is a ticketed event, and doors open at 5 PM for what has become a groovy annual event as a fundraiser for Steel Valley Woofstock, a 501c3 nonprofit that helps animals.
Last year, The Steel Valley All Stars opened for Red Wanting Blue and Light It UP magic on the stage. The All Stars represent the best of the best local musical talent including Rajma, a singer-songwriter and phenomenal rock guitarist. The All Stars also welcomed back valley native and season 13 of The Voice, contestant singer and mad skills guitarist Dennis Drummond. We are lucky to have so many talented musicians grace our stage.
This year, The Steel Valley All Stars are back featuring Rajma and Dennis Drummond, plus a smoking hot list of talented musicians joining them on stage. You won’t want to miss it because there may be a surprise guest or two!
Our headliner talent this year is Fantastic Cat. Fantastic Cat is an indie music supergroup consisting of Anthony D'Amato, Brian Dunne, Don DiLego, and Mike Montali.
Hailed by Rolling Stone as "the-supergroup-you-need-to-know," Fantastic Cat released their irrefutably titled debut, The Very Best Of Fantastic Cat, to widespread acclaim in 2022. This supergroup of four lead vocalists that defy the imagination with their instrument swapping and suave attire are according to the bands self-depreciating bio. The band's debut showcased the quartet as individual songwriters, their intoxicated/ing new album, Now That’s What I Call Fantastic Cat, finds the group writing collectively for the first time, leaning into their respective strengths to craft an alternately poignant and absurdist portrait of a modern world populated by disgraced heroes, disenchanted dreamers, and dead end jobs. The songs are at once hopeful and mordant, reckoning with a reality less shiny than it once seemed by refusing to succumb to the weight of disillusionment, and the performances are relentlessly buoyant to match, fueled by infectious hooks, lush harmonies, and gleefully unpredictable arrangements. Think CSNY if none of them were famous, or The Traveling Wilburys if none of them were famous, or the Eagles if they really didn’t get along.
"A wildly satisfying collection of folk-rock, country, Americana, and good old rock & roll...equal doses of Dylan and Springsteen" - Rolling Stone
They have appeared on the CBS Saturday Morning Show and their track C’mon Armageddon is featured on Sylvester Stallone’s Tulsa King Sound Track.
